Gianna Constand says she missed a chance to record the call in which Cosby shared lewd details of the January 2004 encounter.

Agrusa attempted to portray as romantic earlier encounters between the two, including a private dinner on Cosby's couch in front of a fire.
Cosby lawyers say Constand called Cosby 53 times after the alleged assault.
Agrusa noted that before they went to police, however, Constand's mother in Canada called a guidance counselor at Philadelphia Central High School to confirm the date of the dinner. "This man was a trustee at Temple".
"She viewed him as a father", she added.
Constand was calm, direct and polite under cross-examination, even when Agrusa's questioning grew pointed and accusatory.
On Wednesday, Constand provided details on prior one-on-one encounters with Cosby, which Agrusa questioned why Constand had not disclosed to Canadian police - including a fireside dinner in Cosby's home in which he reached to unbutton her trousers, and also a moment on Cosby's hotel bed at a casino where Constand claimed Cosby had fallen asleep while they were both sitting on the bed.
Johnson testified that Cosby first wooed her and her parents-including her stepfather, a former Los Angeles Police Detective-then drugged and sexually assaulted her.
"I pretty much remember most of the time leaving messages", Constand said. Those statements included Constand's claim that she had never been alone with Cosby before.
"He said", Gianna Constand recounted, "'mom she even had an orgasm'".
"You're coming to the man that assaulted you and you're bringing him bath salts?" she said.
Under cross-examination from the defense at the end of the day or what she called "testing my memory about irrelevant things", the testimony of Gianna Constand concluded just after 5:16 PM ET.
The 75-year-old attorney says she was baffled because she thought the phone was turned off. She said the calls mostly involved the basketball team.
Gianna Constand, Andrea Constand's mother, told a Pennsylvania jury that she had a 2½ hour phone conversation with Cosby after her daughter told her about the alleged 2004 assault a year after it happened.
"They were good friends".
Returning to the phone logs, Feden pointed out that in nearly every case the calls Constand placed to Cosby came after she had checked her voicemail - a pattern that bolstered her claim she was merely returning messages from Cosby, the prosecutor said. Also, the prosecutors plan to introduce Cosby's deposition testimony where he spoke of obtaining Quaaludes to give to women.
The defense, too, remained mum about whom it might call - a list that could include Bruce L. Castor Jr., the Montgomery County district attorney who declined in 2005 to prosecute Constand's case, citing concerns about her ability to withstand challenges to her credibility.
"You said 'allowed, '" Constand responded. She wanted to know what medication he had given Andrea Constand that incapacitated her.
"He was sorry for what he did", Constand insisted.
"My dress was pulled up from the bottom", she said, "and it was pulled down from the top".
MS ANDREA CONSTAND, on Bill Cosby. She told the court on Tuesday (06Jun17) she was left "humiliated" and "confused" after his alleged 2004 attack.
Prosecutors are also expected to call to the stand a psychologist who is an expert on the behavior of sexual assault survivors and who will likely tell the jury that it is not unusual for victims to maintain contact with assailants. It's the only criminal charge stemming from dozens of accusations of sexual misconduct lodged by other women in the last two years - all of which Cosby denies.
