The new devices also look a bit more premium and a little less techy, with the Tile Sport featuring a rugged tread and graphite ring which screams durability, while the Tile Style is framed in a champagne gold ring with more subtle satin white interior. Living up to its name, the Style is satin white with a ridged texture and gold accents that's created to be placed with valuable items like a purse. The Tile Style and Tile Sport are both waterproof and durable with notable hardware improvements including twice the Bluetooth range and twice the loudness compared to the previous models, Tile Mate and Tile Slim.
Tile, known for its Bluetooth trackers that you can hang on your keys or stuff in you wallet, is launching a new product line today: the Tile Pro Series.
Tile has redesigned the companion app, with features specifically for the new products. Now with volume control and eight ringtones, the Tile app allows users to personalize the sound of their Tile devices.
For the uninitiated, Tile makes little fobs that can be attached to nearly anything and work in conjunction with a mobile app to help you find keys, wallets, your dog, or anything else. You also have a new proximity meter which is like a hot and cold game but you get more green rings the closer you are to your missing item. "It's a simple action, but one that has a lasting impact", said Farley. Now they introduce us to Tile Pro.
You can use the Tile in reverse to find your phone by pressing the button to make your phone ring, even if it's on silent. Once the Tile skill is enabled, users of Amazon Alexa can locate their Tiled items or find their phone with simple voice commands.
Tile has also made the Style and Sport compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Both the Tile Style and the Tile Sport are waterproof so they can be immersed up to an hour in 1.5 meters of water.
